We have some catching up to do!  The last couple of months have been so packed full!!!

This past August we met together in Rome with leaders and director's of the discipleship schools in our network. I wrote about what our Director's retreat is all about here.

Some very good friends of ours came to lead worship. As we entered in to His presence together, God was so faithful to meet with us, refreshing our spirits, stirring a deep passion in our hearts as we prayed for Europe, incoming students and each other. I loved the opportunity to build intimacy with our Father as well as building community with each other.

I also really appreciated the times we had to hear each other's experiences and lessons learned. We truly can learn so much from each other! Each one in our group is so unique and has so much to offer. We are privileged to serve with these guys!

Of course we enjoyed Italy as well.

God really used this time to bring us together and stir in our hearts a burden for each other as we go out and pour ourselves into this next generation of leaders. Please be praying for our leaders as they are continually sacrificing and facing challenges.
